FORMAS Y ENVASES S.A.U. (hereinafter also the Provider), as the party responsible for the website at www.formaspack.com, makes available to its users this document, which governs the use of the website, through which we act to comply with the obligations set down in Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSICE or LSSI), as well as to inform all the website’s users of its usage conditions.
Through its website, FORMAS Y ENVASES S.A.U. provides users with access to and the use of different services and contents.
Any individual accessing this website assumes a role as a User (hereinafter the User), which entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as any other legal provisions that may be applicable.

The provisioning of services by FORMAS Y ENVASES S.A.U. is free of charge for all Users. However, some of the services rendered by the Provider through the Website are subject to the payment of certain prices, according to the general contracting conditions.

However, FORMAS Y ENVASES S.A.U. makes the use of some of the services contingent upon the prior completion of the corresponding User registration. This registration is to be carried out in the manner expressly indicated in the section of the service itself.

All the information provided by the User must be truthful. In this regard, the User guarantees the accuracy of the data communicated through the contact forms.
